Christmas Cookie Decorating Party

My mom and I planned a cookie decorating party.

We baked these cookies for me and my friends to decorate.

First we ate pizza and then we decorated cookies.
It was a lot of fun and it took a long time.

Merry Christmas Everybody!

Shooting Rockets

Today Stephanie came over and we shot rockets.
We used an air compressor.

Her husband made this rocket launch pad.

We made paper rockets.

Even the dogs came out to watch.

Water bottle rocket

Oven mitt rocket

Work glove rocket

I learned that the air can be dangerous.
We held one paper rocket on and it blew a hole in the rocket.
It was really fun and interesting.

A Story I Wrote In School

There were once two twin boys. Austin and Kayden.
One day the two boys decided to go for a walk in the forest. This was something special because the boys hardly ever did something like this. There was excitement all over the boys. At last Austin said,"Let's go." And the two boys zoomed out of the house. Soon they came to the woods.
While they were hiking the boys came upon a bear.
Now, Austin was very unique. He had a way of making things turn out right and he was magic.
Austin grabbed Kayden's hand while Kayden screamed in horror. While holding hands they jumped up and flew to High River to go fishing where there were no bears.
At last they got there and were safe while they were there.
Kayden said, "Austin, you're my hero."

My 15th Birthday Party

Yesterday we celebrated my 15th birthday. We had over the G- family, the W- family, the D- family, Aunt Sherry, Amber, and Sierra. Anthony called and told me happy birthday.

For dinner we had taco salad. It was very yummy. For dessert we had cake and ice cream. The cake was chocolate with pink frosting and sprinkles. The kinds of ice cream we had were strawberry cheesecake and chocolate malt.

We also played games. We played telephone, statute, and a dress-up game where everyone was on two teams racing against each other to get dressed in some random clothes and get their picture taken. The team that finished first won. Brother Jason was cheering me on.

For my birthday I got a Starbucks card from Karl, a candle arrangement and a card from Aunt Sherry, a card, lollipops, and money from the W- family, a notepad, party hats, a bag that sang happy birthday to me and had golden coins in it from the G- family, pictures and markers from Sierra.

The D- family gave me pencils and and a little plaque that said God on top in blue capital letters. Then it says, "As for me and my house we will serve the Lord" Joshua 24:15. Then in red capital letters it says, "Love one another for love is of God." 1 John 4:7 Then it says "Friends" in blue capital letters and underneath that it says, "A friend loveth at all times. Proverbs 17 : 17.
I'd like to hang it in my room above my dresser.

That night I led the devotions. I brought it on loving one another.

Apple Hill and Baking Cookies

I have been doing a lot of things in school lately. Monday me and my family went to Apple Hill with Joyce, Sierra, The G- family, the W- family Kolten, Katey, Amanda, and Rebekah. On the way up we stopped by Starbucks and got coffee. I got a hot chocolate instead. At Larsen's Park we ate lunch and took pictures. For lunch we ate sandwiches. We also saw the fountain. Me and the girls (Eva and Grace) had fun playing with Micah.

We also went over to a petting zoo that had Farm animals such as pigs, cows, goats, and bunnies.

The other day I made chocolate chip cookies, while mom was watching over everything.

This is me putting cookie dough on the tray.

Yum! These cookies are really good!
